The Life Review before the Review
by Karen Loenser
As I sped down the highway towards my mid-life defining moment, I skidded off onto a completely uncharted and unpaved trail. It was the road to my passion. It was the road to my heart story. It was the road to everything that was authentically me.
And that, as they say, has made all the difference.
That pivot gave me the map back to my soul. And I can help you chart yours.
I’m offering you the opportunity to take your life’s journey to a whole new place. A place you may never have imagined. To understand the blueprint of you, the you may never have thought possible. And the best part yet, is I’m offering you the “map” on how to get there. Your soul map. And you were born with it.
How do I know? Oh, my friend, because I wrote the book on it!

When The Only Way Out is Through…
by Karen Loenser
My grandmother was a wise woman who lived a lot of life and was always armed with a reassuring phrase that could soothe almost any challenge. When things got particularly tough, she’d call in her favorite piece of advice “Well dear,” she’d remind me, “Sometimes, the only way out is through.” Back then, it struck me a trite, old school phrase, but as I look back now on our family’s story of survival, I know for sure that “the through” can be both a challenge and reward.
The “through” can change your life forever.
That day, the automatic doors of the hospital sprang open like a mechanical hand snatching us from the serene normalcy of our everyday lives into the vast, controlled chaos of the ER. Inside those doors, there was no turning back. It was the start of our journey “through.”
