Life Mapping Story: Katherine Montesano (Katherine of Light)
My life changing moment was unfortunately a common one, a broken heart. My then husband announced he was leaving me after a 15 year journey that created our “dream life”, I was truly devastated, really scared and felt like a failure. My mind, body, spirit and heart were in so many pieces I couldn’t even see or feel how I would survive this fracture in me. And then after some time passed and I was processing some feelings, I felt it…. I was broke open to go deeper. This was an opportunity an invitation an opening to journey further into me. To see and feel all that I didn’t know or feared about myself, my choices ,my life …. how did I get here? Who Am I? Where do I go from here? What is my purpose?

I was in so much fear of all these questions and to face the unknown but honestly I had nothing more to loose. I was inspired by the fear to dive deeper and find the answers. Another inspiration was the love around me. My family and friends that showed so much love to me when I was heart broken. That love created a softening ,a flow, a freedom that held me steady, connected me to myself and others. That love showed me how to stay open to receive because I deserved to receive love not just give it. That was a huge shift for me since I was an endless giver, to the point of depletion.

It was when I chose to face my fears, open to receive love not just give it that my courage to take the journey from a broken heart to an open heart started. This journey contained a lot of forgiveness and love of myself and others . A re-memeberance of me started to emerge, who I truly am and being empowered to choose my truth and express it. Within this expression is my life’s purpose of helping others to remember who they truly are as well and supporting them in expressing it . I began to speak the Language of Light, a memory within all of us that we are love expressed creators, Source energy multidimensional beings in flow and everything we need is already within us. This remembrance of me as a source energy multidimensional being of love in flow is answering all my questions and creating more questions that I excitedly continue to explore.

Life Mapping brought forth the awareness of how and why I chose my life path. It clearly showed me how and why the fear based decisions took me off my path of alignment with my self/soul and how and why my love based decisions kept me in alignment or brought me back to self/soul alignment. Going forward with the enlightenment of Life Mapping work, I can clearly see how decisions made from self love/love is the most aligned path that allows the flow of me to come forward as the love I AM and create a life fulfilled from the inside out.
